- 50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced or Coconut Rum
- 50ml Cranberry juice
- 20ml Raspberry syrup
- 25ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of bitters (optional)
Build and stir. Garnish with orange or lemon peel.
- 50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum
- 25ml Fresh lime/Lemon juice
- 60ml Ginger beer
- 25ml Passion cordial
- 25ml Passion pulp (if not available, double up on passion cordial )
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 Dashes of bitters Build and stir.
Garnish with passion fruit and small pieces of ginger, or pickled ginger.
- 50ml Dead Man’s Finger Dark Rum
- 200ml Cola
- Wedges of lime
- Pinch of salt
- Cubed ice
Build and stir.
- 50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum
- 100ml Tomato juice
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper/Chilli sauce
Build and stir. Garnish with lemon, cucumber and black pepper.
- 50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced or Coconut Rum
- 80ml Apple juice or Appletizer
- 20ml Lime juice
- 10ml Honey syrup or sugar syrup
- 1 Birdseye chilli Muddle half a chilli before adding ice.
Build and stir. Garnish with the other half chilli and lime.
- 50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum
- 200ml Ginger beer
- Shot of lime/Lemon juice
- Dash of bitters (optional)
- Handful of mint
- Wedges of lime
Build and stir over ice. Garnish with mint.
- 50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Coconut Rum
- 60ml Chilled green tea
- 12.5ml Lime juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 12 Mint leaves
- 6 Cucumber wedges
Muddle, shake and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
